The 2021 Cabernet is dark plummy purple and intriguing. Aromas of ripe plums, dark cherry, blackberry, vanilla, spicy clove, and cardamom,  The nose has a smoky, woody, and sweet aroma reminiscent of leather and tobacco. Flavors of currant, dark cherries and fig jam combined with earthy flavors of tobacco, tree bark and clove. This wine can be cellared for the rest of the decade, or will be lovely on your next Steak Night.
