Chanticleer Announces Recipe Contest
Chanticleer wines are most enjoyed when paired with a variety of food. Chanticleer invites its clients to submit their favorite recipes, paired with Chanticleer Cabernet or Sangiovese. Entries should include a brief description of why you like to pair Chanticleer with this particular recipe and any suggestions for other courses in the meal. Visit the recipe section at www.chanticleerwine.com to get an idea of what we are looking for.
Six recipes will be selected for inclusion in our Recipe section on the new Chanticleer web site. They will be featured alongside recipes from noted Napa Valley chefs. Winners will receive an apron embroidered with the beautiful Chanticleer Rooster and a pair of wine lamps which convert Chanticleer wine bottles to paraffin fueled lamps.
Entrees must be received by March 15, 2008.
